Is it okay to wear workout clothes all day?
Absolutely, we’re all about the comfort! Our aim is to design pieces to take you through the day, so you don’t have to stress. Whether you’re going for a walk, training at the gym or just lounging around, do it in activewear.
Should I wash my workout clothes after every use?
Naturally if you’ve worked hard at the gym, you’re going to want to wash your activewear. However, washing your clothes after every session is a lot of effort, especially if you train multiple times a week. What if we told you that you didn’t need to? Should I put workout clothes in the dryer?
Although it’s tempting, it isn’t recommended. Activewear does not like to be exposed to high heat. So, after washing, avoid the dryer and leave them to air dry! Air drying your kits can have multiple benefits, including reduces static; increases longevity of garments by reducing amount of rubbing and wear; reduces colour fading and shrinkage from heat; driers break down elastane faster reducing the stretch, which is super important especially in leggings!
